The role for this post: Full-time

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

A level 3 or above Early years practitioner who likes to grow with us and has inspiring factors to bring into our team.

Duties:

-. Assisting the Manager to lead the team alongside and covering her absences in addition to your normal duties as a practitioner

-. Being a role model for the team, support and monitor their performance to create the best practice for the children's well-being and learning.

-. Being able to work in collaboration with parents and other professionals to ensure smooth operations in general.

Main responsibilities include:

-. Smooth operation for the daily routines and administration duties which required a good understanding of the policies and procedures, and the government's legislations and guidelines in light with the requirements laid down by OFSTED.

-. Promoting high quality practice by utilising child centred approach.

- Ensuring all the children making expected progress and embedding effective strategies to support every individual child's needs are met.

- Ensuring to prepare each day of care, safety, cleanness and maintenance of the setting in all areas by following the policies and procedures.

- Liaison with parents in effective communication and maintain a professional manner.

- Ensuring running smooth with any other operational duties as required.

Skills and experience:

This position is required with a minimum of Level 3 qualification or above in childcare/early years desired with some experiences of a leadership role.

Fluency of English in spoken and written is essential.

Ability to lead a team and support their daily performance.
