I run a small concierge service in Bordeaux, France for short-term or long-term lets. I am from Ireland originally, I recently moved from London, after living there for 20 years and I am now resident in Bordeaux. I also speak French.

Services offered:
-Check-in, Check-out
- Professional clean to 5 star hotel standard- including and drying of laundry, ironing bed linen etc.
- Preparing the property for the guest - setting it up, stocking up essentials etc.
- Checking that everything is functioning well in the property
I would also be available as a contact for the guest.
Fees:
Professional cleaning: £25 per hour (minimum 2.5 hours)
Holding keys, key handover, key pickup only ( without full property management) : £35
Full Property management: 20% of the rental received
