I’ve gigged this set and it is in full working order. See the video to see it close up and hear it working.

Case is marked on the outside (name and sticker)
It doesn’t have a foam mouth cover (you’d want to change that anyway)
It doesn’t have foam pad on headset “hook that goes over the ear”

Unit plugs into main and the headset is powered by a belt clip which takes a single AA battery with a helpful screen to tell you how many hours of power you have left.
