Purchasing & Inventory Administration:

Support purchasing activities by generating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and liaising with suppliers.
Assist in inventory administration – conduct periodic stock counts, reconcile usage against sales, and report variances.
Maintain accurate records of inventory adjustments, waste, and transfers between locations (if applicable).

Office & Document Management:

Manage general office operations (supplies, equipment maintenance, vendor communication).
Organize and maintain digital and physical files – contracts, staff records, insurance, health/safety logs.
Prepare internal reports on sales, inventory, and operational metrics for management review.
Assist with onboarding paperwork, schedule coordination, and basic HR administrative tasks.

Compliance & Support:

Ensure adherence to company policies regarding cash handling, purchasing limits, and document retention.
Support internal and external audit requests as needed.
Collaborate with restaurant managers to resolve administrative or invoice discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills:

1–2 years of combined experience in office administration and basic accounting/clerical work.
Sound understanding of accounting procedures (AP/AR, reconciliations, basic bookkeeping).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience gained within the F&B, quick-service restaurant (QSR), or hospitality sector.
Familiarity with inventory management systems or POS data extraction.
Knowledge of UK health & safety / food business regulations is a plus.
Hybrid working arrangement (office + on-site at locations as needed).
Opportunity to grow within an expanding premium restaurant brand.
