We're looking for an ambitious Assistant Accountant to join the growing Finance team at Right Formula.

What you'll be doing

Working closely with our Management Accountant, you'll play a key role in keeping our finance function running smoothly while gaining exposure well beyond a traditional Accounts Payable role.

You'll:

✅ Own the end-to-end Accounts Payable process

✅ Manage supplier invoices, payment runs and supplier relationships

✅ Process employee expenses and corporate card transactions

✅ Support month-end close, journals and balance sheet reconciliations

✅ Assist with management reporting, WIP reporting and intercompany reconciliations

✅ Help drive continuous improvement across the finance function

We're looking for someone who has:

✔ Experience in an Assistant Accountant or Accounts Assistant role

✔ Hands-on Accounts Payable experience

✔ Strong Excel skills and confidence working with finance systems

✔ Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

✔ A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and improve

✔ An ambition to develop towards management accounting
