Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting in the search for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a medium size Main Contractor based near Barking.

The company are a family run business who have existed over 100 years. Working on projects up to £20m including residential, commercial and leisure. They have a lot of long serving staff and are taking on this candidate due to growth.

You will be working from the office with site visits, all within one hour of the office. You will be working as an assistant under either a Quantity or Senior Surveyor managing subcontractor packages and the down stream process.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience and be degree educated - or close to completing their degree and worked for another main contractor managing packages.

In return they can offer up to £42,000 + package including a car or travel allowance.
