Highams are partnering a highly successful global implementation consultancy with their continued expansion plans and we are looking for a number of Business Analysts with Agile and Scrum delivery experience.

As a valued partner our client has helped over 100 of the world's leading Insurance organisations implement and integrate business critical systems into their enterprise infrastructures to drive greater efficiency and digital innovation.

For these roles we are looking for Business Analysts with experience in

Insurance industryDetailed knowledge of Agile methodologies including ScrumKnowledge of Policy Administration or Claims Management systems preferred Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Define the business requirements to allow the development team to configure and customise applications for the client business goals.Assist end users or testers with the construction and execution of acceptance tests for the system on behalf of users Arrange, prepare and conduct user meetings and workshops.Mentor and train both client employees and colleagues in Agile best practice Define use cases/user stories and object modellingDelivering presentations and running business workshops to all levels of the businessLiaising with senior business representatives This is an exciting, dynamic organisation that has always been at the forefront of innovation within Insurance and whilst they successfully work with some of the largest insurance companies they offer a nimble, fast paced and 'family feel' culture.

These roles are home based with a requirement to travel to clients sites as required.

All travel expenses are met by the employer.
