We are seeking a professional, confident, enthusiastic and target driven individual, who has the ability to listen to and understand new customer needs and have a flair for building customer relationships with senior managers and decision makers

JOB ROLE

Making outbound calls and arranging new business appointmentsSpeaking to decision makers at all levelsResponsible for gaining new clients and then managing those accountsDiscussing with new clients about staff development strategies and collaborating with employability partnership teamsDelivering on leads through the sales cycle to successful closureDealing with Adult Education Budget service offeringNetworking, cold calling, proactive promotionCovert leads into sales opportunitiesAttending networking events, exhibitions, meeting referral partners such as JCPUsing social media platforms, email marketing tools REQUIREMENTS ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE

Proven sales background, with a history of meeting and exceeding targetsKnowledge and experience of the Education sectorMust have experience in selling AEB or Traineeships or Apprenticeships - this is essential for the role Proven experience in generating business in being proactive, cold calling, networking, leveraging and extending existing networksUsed Microsoft office SALARY AND BENEFITS

??Salary from GBP25,000 to GBP28,000 per annum basic, plus additional bonus of GBP10K per annum uncapped

??40p per mile paid in mileage
