Stanford Recruitment Partners are working with global technology manufacturer that operates in the Enterprise, Healthcare and Entertainment markets.

The client is looking to add a Business Development Manager to their team. The role is to develop existing managed accounts and development new prospects, approaching end users from the FTSE 1000 companies.

Responsibilities:

* Growing sales revenues and funnel, within key focused vertical sectors

* Identify new opportunities for within your account list, transferring these opportunities internally to the relevant specialist

* Increase share of wallet with existing accounts and their subsidiaries

* Build strong internal relationships with functional leaders at HQ

* Provide weekly reporting on your activities and manage your pipeline via their CRM system.

Skills:

* A degree or minimum 5 years proven sales experience in related industry/ technology

* Proven track record in solution selling to end customers, has an established end customer network within the FTSE 1000

* Excellent communicator, able to gain credibility with customers and establish long relationships

* Team player and work across divisions, locally and internationally

* Highly motivated to hunt for business and develop new business relationships and networks
