The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, key responsibilities of the role will include:

Review data collection processes and systems assuring the validity and consistency of informationBe responsible for using, understanding, research and develop data sourcesEnsure the reconciliation of data cross - systemsEnsure master data quality and verifies the consistency of several metrics, such as customers, vendors, products, cost centers and internal order hierarchiesMake sure all master data maintenance and all relevant processes are properly documented and available to the relevant audience, contributing to high quality onboardings and mitigating loss of knowledge during handoversPrepare and distribute detailed periodic reports including comments on brand, project, account, and cost centre level using SAP, BI for relevant budget ownerMaintain and distribute reporting packages based on the data stored in the systems following the single true principle and supported by robust data and processes quality The Successful Candidate

Within the context of the role described above, the ideal applicant will be someone who has the following key experience/capabilities:

Minimum of three years' experience in a similar Business Analyst role;You will have extensive experience with SAP BI, with proven experience designing and building visualisations and dashboards;Deep understanding of effective data visualisation and storytelling with data;You will have proven experience gathering high quality reporting requirements;You will be adept at training business users at all levels and possess strong oral and written communication skills.
