Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service to guests throughout their dining experience.
Welcome guests warmly, take orders accurately, and offer menu recommendations when appropriate.
Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
Be attentive to guest needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
Handle guest queries and feedback professionally, resolving issues or escalating when necessary.

Previous experience in a restaurant or fast-paced hospitality environment.
Confident working in a busy service environment while maintaining attention to detail.
