About The Role

RAC has a fantastic opportunity for advisor's that have been operating in a customer driven environment, to join our well established Customer Service team.

With an OTE of GBP28,416, and a minimum base salary of GBP23,690 for a 35 hour working week, successful candidates will also enjoy a variety of fantastic benefits, which includes our highest level of breakdown service available for you, and your family.

Working from our iconic Bradley Stoke location, you'll take calls from potential RAC members who are looking to take out a membership. You will be an expert with our features & benefits of RAC Breakdown Cover to promote our products and services to customer that are enquiring about our services.

The shift requirements, you'll work 5 days out of 7, and these will fall within our opening hours of Monday - Friday 08.00 - 19.00, Saturday and Sunday 09.00 - 17.00. With every other weekend off!

To be the best, we want the best. RAC are looking for Customers Advisor's who:

Can demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced sales environment

Are empathetic and able to build rapport with our members, with an outgoing, self-motivated and friendly personality.

Are comfortable at overcoming objections

Ideally have previous experience working within a regulated environment or in sales and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service.

Can demonstrate resilience in a fast pace sales contact centre and works well towards KPI's under pressure.

Have great knowledge retention and recall and can understand customers needs and requirements to ensure you do the right thing for each and every one.

Common sense shift patterns. As with any key service provider, we need to be there when our customers need us. Therefore, there will be a requirement to work at weekends but we also try to apply logic to our shift patterns.
