We are an online startup experiencing strong retail growth. We are looking for an experienced customer service individual with strong skills including:

self-initiative
enthusiastic to work in a start-up environment
Is honest and has multi-tasking skills
Highly organized and a quick learner to understand new e-commerce platforms and systems
Has experience in managing online e-commerce orders, customer enquires and managing inventory

The job involves:

• Emailing our customers and answering their questions over online chats.

• Processing customer orders placed online and printing labels.

• Developing a good knowledge of our website and e-commerce software.

• Replying to customer emails and return requests.

Required Skills:

Experience in dealing with customers over the phone and Email.
Excellent clear communication skills.
The ability to be organized and keep on top of administrative tasks
1-2 years of experience in online e-commerce business
Good PC skills.
