Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Delivery Driver located London and Norwich. The responsibilities include timely delivery of packages, ensuring proper handling of goods, and providing excellent customer service during interactions. The role involves operating company vehicles safely, loading and unloading goods, and maintaining accurate delivery records. Drivers are also required to adhere to delivery schedules and assist in any additional operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Customer Service skills to provide a positive experience and address client queries effectively
Experience and understanding of Forklift Operation
Ability to undergo and complete Training as required for specialized tasks and responsibilities
Knowledge of Sales to support business growth initiatives
Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong time management and organizational skills
Familiarity with navigation tools and local routes in Barking
