The Role

Responsibilities Include:

You will lead a team of developers building new products for our internal and external clients. Taking solutions from inception to full productionised delivery.You will work closely with product managers, BAs and the head of product solutions to ensure client requirements are met and delivered to high quality and timely delivery.You will use your software engineering skills to develop, test, release, support and maintain complex financial platforms.You will mentor team members and help them deliver quality solutions through code reviews and demonstrating best practice.

10+ Years Experience in software engineeringExperience leading small development team***perience working with microservices and distributed systems architectureExpert proficiency in server-side development, ideally in TypeScript/JavaScriptExperience with Node.JS and other frameworks like NestJS a bonu***pertise in SQL development and database programming: MySQL/PostgreSQLSome working knowledge of a front-end frameworks, ideally Angular and Angular Material a bonusKnowledge of Cloud Platforms and container deployment. Google Cloud preferredProficiency in Go/C#/C++/Java or another high-level language preferredExperience of maintaining system quality through automated testingExperience in Fintech/Banking is a bonu***perience with blockchain platforms and security is a bonus -Is there a good work-life balance?
