Our client, a UK subsidiary of a reputable South Korean bank is looking to hire a Finance Officer.

Job Overview

This position is largely about managing a robust reporting framework to drive consistency in financial reporting and control. You will be working with a finance manager being responsible for accounting, audit and regulatory reporting.

Principal Responsibilities:

* Managing the Bank reporting framework, ensuring compliance with accounting standards

* Producing regulatory reporting such as LCR, NSFR, PRA110, COREP, FINREP, FSA, etc.

* Co-operating with financial manager and external auditor for producing annual reports and financial statements

* Delivering accounting function of day to day operations

* Review changes and updates in IFRS, CRD IV and PRA regulations and help finance manager report them to management

* Manage liquidity and capital stress testing and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information provided to the board and regulators

* Responsible for ILAAP, ICAAP, RRP and Pillar 3 Disclosure

* Produce corporate tax computation and submit corporate tax returns

* Any other ad hoc duties as reasonably required by management

Experience Required:

* ACA, CIMA or ACCA Qualified with 3 years+ PQE experience

* Strong knowledge of regulatory returns

* A background in banking audit and financial control
