Role Description This is a full-time can be part time as well, on-site Food Delivery Driver role based in Greater London and North West London. The Food Delivery Driver is responsible for safely picking up prepared food orders from CloudEats kitchens and delivering them to customers in a timely and professional manner. Daily tasks include verifying order accuracy, following mapped routes or navigation apps, handling food with care to maintain quality, and collecting payments or confirming digital transactions when required. The role also involves providing courteous customer service at each delivery, resolving minor delivery issues, and reporting any delays, incidents, or vehicle concerns to the supervisor. The Food Delivery Driver will be expected to follow all road safety regulations, company policies, and hygiene standards while maintaining a clean and well-organized delivery vehicle.

Qualifications

Strong Food Delivery and Food Service experience, with the ability to manage multiple orders and maintain food quality in transit.
Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
Customer Service skills, including clear communication, professionalism, and a friendly, solution-focused approach.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record suitable for operating in Greater London.
Good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns, or comfort using GPS and mapping applications.
Ability to lift and carry food containers, work on a flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends), and handle fast-paced delivery demands.
New and first-time delivery drivers are encouraged to apply as full guidance and support will be provided
