With a focus on boutique cocktails and fresh and simple Mediterranean style dishes. The mission is to be the neighbourhood home of good times and good memories with a focus on reliably good customer experience.

We are searching for a highly organised and service led General Manager to oversee all usual aspects of Restaurant and Bar Management. The successful candidate will be sparkling, outgoing, ambitious and enthusiastic; will be bold but at the same time humble.

The business is privately owned with a culture that places employees first believing that each person in the business is critical to its survival and success.

Salary for the General Manager vacancy £36,000 to £38,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus + Service
