M+F Health, a well-established, independent and exciting specialist healthcare agency, is looking for a Junior Designer to join their growing in-house creative team. This is a perfect role for an early-career designer who wants variety, ownership and the chance to help shape a creative function that’s expanding fast in line with their business success.

About 35 people strong and with a sterling team retention rate, M+F is a purpose-driven healthcare communications agency working across PR, Communications, Public Affairs, Creative and Design. They’ve recently brought design fully in-house and now have a brilliant Senior Designer leading the function. This role will work alongside them, supporting campaigns, brand work and omnichannel content across a varied range of health clients from pharma, through consumer health and charities.

What you’ll be doing:

Designing for digital and print, including campaign assets, social content, brochures, reports, infographics, presentations and event branding / look and feel development
Helping evolve the agency’s own visual identity and creatively interpreting client's brand identities / guidelines
Working closely with PR/Comms and Public Affairs teams across a wide mix of projects
Managing your own workload in a fast-paced, friendly agency environment

What they’re looking for:

2 years’ design experience (agency experience ideal – PR, comms, integrated or creative)
A strong, versatile portfolio showing concepts, craft and brand work
Adobe Creative Suite confidence (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) + Canva + PPT
A proactive, collaborative mindset – someone who enjoys being hands-on and can work without heavy PM scaffolding
Interest in the health sector (no need to be an expert yet!)
