Role Responsibilities

Develop, annotate, and curate high-quality graphic design datasets for AI model training
Review and evaluate AI-generated visual outputs for design accuracy and quality
Document design processes, style systems, and creative patterns for AI optimization
Translate visual design principles into structured training materials
Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams through structured feedback
Test and refine AI-generated content to improve visual performance and consistency
Contribute to cross-functional collaboration in agile environments

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
Strong experience in graphic and digital design across multiple formats
Strong experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Strong experience articulating design principles and workflows
Familiarity with data annotation and AI training workflows
Experience working in agile environments with version control systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team
