This role is ideal for a creative brand designer passionate about organic food and visual storytelling. The position involves developing a cohesive visual identity for a small Illinois-based farm specializing in value-added products such as sauerkraut, cold-pressed juices, and kale chips. The designer will be responsible for crafting vibrant, hand-drawn style vector illustrations that capture the freshness and authenticity of farm-grown produce. The goal is to create a colorful, organic brand presence across the website, product labels, and digital marketing materials, ensuring all assets reflect the farm’s mission and values.

Deliverables

Develop a unified brand identity, including logo, color palette, and typography, with an organic and hand-drawn aesthetic.
Design product labels for a range of farm-grown foods, featuring custom illustrations of vegetables and fermented products.
Create website illustrations and visual assets that enhance the online presence and communicate the brand’s story.
Produce digital marketing materials, such as banners and social media graphics, consistent with the established visual style.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all branding assets align with the farm’s mission and product offerings.

Requirements

Proven experience in brand design, particularly for food, agriculture, or wellness sectors.
Strong portfolio showcasing hand-drawn vector illustration skills and colorful, organic design work.
