We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to execute the visual identity of The Rex, our new 2,000-capacity venue in East London. You’ll create bold, compelling campaigns that drive ticket sales, strengthen the brand and bring every show to life across digital and print. This is an opportunity to make a visible creative impact from day one - defining how audiences experience one of London’s most exciting new venues.

What You'll Do

Create all show artwork for ticketed events, including event posters, listing graphics and campaign visuals
Produce animations, videos and asset variations for digital channels, social media, email and paid advertising
Develop ad creative for paid digital campaigns across Meta and other platforms, optimising for different channels
Create social media assets and content that drives engagement and ticket sales across Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
Design mailers, direct mail and print collateral that extends the event experience beyond digital
Support Marketing Managers with day-to-day campaign delivery and creative briefs
Apply 3D & 4D design expertise to create immersive, innovative assets
Deliver visual consistency and brand implementation across all campaign touchpoints

What We're Looking For

Someone who has worked accross multiple brands and been involved in promoted shows or sold tickets to music events
A genuine passion for live music and design and a desire to build a career in entertainment and event design
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and ideally 3D/4D design tools
Strong visual communication skills and ability to translate creative briefs into compelling designs
Experience creating assets optimised for multiple channels - print, digital, social and advertising
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and openness to emerging design and AI advancements
A positive, collaborative approach and pride in delivering high-quality work
