Lovely trad stern narrowboat built by white bear narrowboats. 1995 40 ft trad stern.
(On a continuous cruising licence in London).
She's a good sized boat for a couple or someone looking for an office or studio in London without the expense.
At present the bedroom has been turned into an office during covid and the sofa seat in the saloon converting into a double bed.
This can easily be changed back.
She has a great beta marine engine in perfect running order .
Galley with full size cooker with 2 ovens , chest fridge and ample storage.morco gas hot water with a big water tank.
Acorn multi fuel stove and good insulation do she's a nice cosy boat in the winter.
2 × 275 watt solar panels with an eperver mppt controller, 1 starter and 3 leisure batteries.
Currently in Hackney on the river lea.

Nice bathroom with shower , sink and bench with a composting toilet.
