This professional quality overstrung/underdamped Murdoch & Murdoch (Normelle model) upright piano has been restored to a high standard. The springs and tapes have been renewed throughout, the hammers refaced, the dampers recovered, the keys, bridges, soundboard and pedal system attended to.

This piano has a pleasantly warm tone and it is tuned to concert pitch.

The honeyed Medium teak case, measuring 138 cm wide by 112 cm high by 56 cm deep, has been repolished in French polish. The action was regulated to establish an even touch, up-and down the keyboard.
