Property Maintenance & Support (full time)

We are looking for someone energetic and hard working to join our team at Flex Living- A property management company with properties across Central, East and West London. This is a full time job which requires flexibility to work on weekends.

(Plumbing and Electric qualifications are not mandatory)

Core activities will include:

- Driving to properties to carry out general maintenance work (plumbing, heating, electrical)

- Daily DIY issue e.g appliance or fixture repairs

- Monthly Property inspections

The successful candidate must have a full UK driving license and must speak a good level of English. They will also need to be presentable and professional in appearance as they will interact with customers and tenants on a daily basis.
