The King’s Arms in Bethnal Green is looking for bar staff. £11 per hour plus a monthly bonus scheme.

The King's Arms is a community pub and craft beer boozer in the heart of the East End, just off the main high street with a focus on both community and product. We have a fantastic set of regulars, as well as lots of locals and craft beer enthusiasts coming from near and far. We have a reputation for excellent beer and related events, but also remain an accessible and welcoming place with traditional pub vibes.

We are looking for either a part time or full time member of the bar staff. Also, for those who are interested in more responsibility, there is the prospect of being trained up to supervisor, with an hourly rate of £12.

We have 19 lines (14 keg, 5 Casks, usually 1 of which is a cider), a tidy range of regular & natural wines, a surprisingly bumper back bar of spirits and 3 fridges of bottles & cans.

There is no kitchen, but we do nice scotch eggs and cheeseboards. We also work with Yardsale Pizza, which means free pizza Friday-Sunday for staff.

We are a small but mighty team with an extensive range of experience and knowledge - in the industry and in life. We strive to create a supportive and inclusive working environment, and are also keen to train people and share our knowledge – whilst prior experience is great, we welcome people who have not worked in hospitality before- we hire based on personality, enthusiasm and the desire to learn and get stuck in.
