Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant based in London. In this position, the Senior Accountant will manage portfolio of clients and financial reporting, ensure compliance with tax regulations, prepare management accounts, budgets, and analyse financial data for decision-making purposes. The role also includes client focused advisory work.

Qualifications

Proficient knowledge in financial reporting, management accounts, and budgeting
Strong understanding of tax regulations, personal and corporate
Proficiency in accounting software - CCH, Xero, Sage and QuickBooks
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to lead and collaborate within a team
Professional qualifications, qualified or part qualified (e.g., ACA, ACCA, AAT or equivalent) is preferred
Minimum 5 years experiance within a senior accountant role, ideally within an accountancy practice
