Looking for an experienced Sous chef to join our kitchen team at Hux American Brasserie in South Kensington. Independently run, this fantastic casual restaurant serves freshly made modern American food.

As a sous chef you will be supporting the head chef, sharing responsibility for the day to day running and safe management of the kitchen and supervision of the team within.

You will be responsible for the quality and consistency of the restaurant food, offer, training and development of the kitchen team, purchasing and food safety control within the kitchen.
