Cornerstone is looking for a smart, passionate, resourceful, and visionary team member to lead the way for our learning content strategy development and build out. The quality and diversity of our learning content will play a big role in defining our success as a company, and our Technical Program Manager will be responsible for driving initiatives for internal content tools, programs and operations. The team member we are looking for will play a critical role in enabling content team through tools, frameworks and processes. This role not only requires strategy, but also requires practical project management and a knack for technical concepts to accomplish our goals. In this role you will Interact, build and maintain relationships with all internal content stakeholders including sales, marketing, operations, customer experience, partners, product and technology teams Lead complex, cross-functional programs, tools, operational initiatives and will provide guidance on scope, quality and timelines Drive vision, roadmap, market research and product development for content tools that are integral to content strategy Be a liaison for engineering teams and guide them in translating business requirements to technical requirements Actively participate in testing, roll-out plans and be a key system administrator for content tools Create and implement a migration plan for existing stakeholders as technology evolves Proactively anticipate and mitigate risks as they arise in your programs, tools, operations Easily translate and communicate technical language to business language and vice-versa You have what it takes if you have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience Experience in Program Management on technical cross-functional projects A strong technical background and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals Exceptional communication skills Strong project management skills Ability to be externally facing and having great interpersonal skills on the business and technical side of things Ability to work effectively across European time zones Extra dose of awesome if you have... Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field Prior experience with implementation of e-learning and/or SaaS products is highly preferred Experience with Cornerstone Suite Prior experience on managing products and working with engineering teams
