Duties & Responsibilities As a Waiter/Waitress

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
Serve meals and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards
Ensure tables are clean, well-presented, and properly set at all times
Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions confidently
Handle payments and operate the till accurately
Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns quickly
Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
