Channel Partner Manager for a major UK managed network solutions provider

GBP40k to GBP70k base salary plus uncapped commission and GBP5k car allowance

Home or office based

To recruit and develop channel accounts to increase revenues in line with set targets. The objective is underpinned by the need to provide partners with significant commercial advantage.

Key responsibilities for this job:

Build lasting relationships with partners and increase spend with usPlan sales strategies and work closely with marketing to raise awareness of us and build a strong pipelineEnsure that targets are achievedCompetently and knowledgably advise partners on network solutions and services that best fulfil their customer requirements, undergoing full assessments and analysis of client needsAlign Exponential-e portfolio within partner services and ensure partners sales teams are aware of positioning and benefitsNegotiate pricing with partners to achieve sales in line with our pricing policies and client requirementsConducting face to face channel meetings with partners and their clientsManaging internal resource and interfacing with internal departmentsTo achieve personal/career advancement goals in line with our personal development programme Other duties the Channel Partner Manager will be required to undertake as may be assigned by Sales Manager:

Accurate forecasting of anticipated sales is required, along with regular activity reportingParticipation in planning and preparing marketing campaigns along with your own targeted campaignsAttending networking eventsActivities outside of normal work hours may also be required Knowledge and experience required:

Consistent channel sales record within the telecoms, ISP, carrier or systems integrator spaceKnowledge of data connectivity, WAN and Internet network technologie***cellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to 'win trust', selling on the quality and integrity of Exponential-eMust be driven, self-motivated and disciplinedArticulate and polished with a professional approach to salesEager to learn and develop
