Role Responsibilities

Create novel, clear, and challenging Olympiad-style chemistry problems designed to advance frontier chemistry problem-solving
Develop problems that expose failure modes in frontier AI models to improve reasoning and robustness
Produce well-structured, rigorous solutions and explanations suitable for AI training
Contribute domain expertise to support safe and high-quality model development

Requirements

PhD or Master’s degree in chemistry or a related field, or experience participating in the International Chemistry Olympiad or equivalent competitions (AsChO, EChO, EUSO, IJSO, NChO, UKChO, USNCO, CCO, INChO, RChO, MChO)
Deep understanding of theoretical and experimental chemistry
Strong written reasoning skills
Rigorous attention to detail
