A Supply Teacher is needed in a Mixed Secondary School and Sixth Form in South West London.

This Supply Teacher position can be part or full time and will be temporary in the first instance.

If appointed as a Supply Teacher your duties will include but not be limited to:

Covering a range of lessons for different year groups, whilst upholding the schools ethos
Engaging with all pupils in an enthusiastic manner and managing their behaviour positively
Providing handovers to other members of staff relating to completed work of pupils

The rates of pay for this Supply Teacher post will be between GBP150 and GBP200 a day, depending on the qualifications and experience of each applicant.

The School

An Ofsted rated Outstanding Free School and Sixth Form, located in the London Borough of Wandsworth.

Having opened in 2012 the school is now fully subscribed with 800 places for pupils aged 11 to 18 year olds.

The school is built on the landmark site of a former hospital and continues its tradition of service to the local community.

The listed building has been fully refurbished and modernised to provide excellent learning facilities yet still preserves the buildings historic features.

High quality classrooms and specialist spaces for RS, Music and Technology have been created as well, ensuring teaching is delivered effectively.

The school has two courts, sports hall and makes good use of local facilities for outdoor games and competitive sport.

Requirements

Youre welcome if youre a recently qualified Supply Teacher or an experienced Supply Teacher.

Applications are also welcome if youre a British trained Supply Teacher or overseas trained Supply Teacher.

UK QTS
Right to work in the UK
Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
Experience as a Supply Teacher in UK schools
