Client Accountant Required in London

Chestertons are looking for a highly motivated Lettings Client Accountant to join our busy residential lettings support team based in our Hyde Park office.

Do you have a strong track record of dealing with customers in a fast paced environment? Do you have enjoy creating excellent relationships with clients and colleagues? Do you have a strong commitment to delivering a high-quality service?

You will report to our Head of Client Accounts & Client Accounts Manager

Responsibilities Include

Daily raising of rent and fee demands
Daily allocation of tenant receipts to outstanding demands
Processing new tenancies on the system
Processing deposit releases
Chasing Tenant rent arrears
Handling a portfolio and being a designated point of contact
Liaising with our Landlords and Tenants on a daily basis whilst maintaining strong client relationships and building trust
Providing support to other departments and front office lettings branches on a daily basis
Understanding of overseas landlord tax
Investigating queries then taking relevant action
Ensuring all tasks are performed in a timely and accurate manner in line with the department standards

Skills Required:

Reapit software (RPS) experience preferable
Experience working in the industry/ client accounting preferable
Excellent attention to detail
Team Player
