Role Responsibilities

Teach online writing and communication courses using engaging, interactive teaching methodologies.
Develop comprehensive course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, assignments, and handouts.
Evaluate and grade student assignments, papers, and coursework with timely, constructive feedback.
Facilitate dynamic virtual classroom discussions that promote critical thinking and collaboration.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience teaching writing or communication courses, preferably online or in hybrid formats.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to clarity and detail.
Experience creating digital course content and working with learning management systems (LMS).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple classes and student records.
Ability to foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging virtual learning environment.
