One of our clients is working with a leading AI organization to enhance how advanced AI systems process and interpret complex case data in regulated environments. We are seeking experienced Customer Support and Case Management professionals to help model, review, and validate workflows involving policy interpretation, structured data handling, and case resolution pathways. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience handling sensitive, policy-driven inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret structured case notes, user inquiries, and documentation
Apply relevant policies and procedural guidelines to guide accurate case resolution
Simulate real-world resolution workflows for both standard and edge-case scenarios
Identify conflicts, inconsistencies, or out-of-scope cases and escalate when required
Ensure all outputs align with official guidance, compliance standards, and appropriate tone
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in case management, customer support, education services, or policy-based environments
Strong written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proven ability to work within policy-driven or compliance-sensitive frameworks
Ability to analyze documentation and synthesize accurate, actionable responses
Background in education, law, social care, or public administration is preferred
Contract & Payment Terms
You will be engaged as an independent contractor
This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling
Project duration may vary based on performance and client needs
Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise
