26K to 33K. Glow Dentistry NW3 and NW7, Experienced Dental Nurse and also Receptionist required:

We are looking for a full-time or Part time experienced Dental Nurse and a Receptionist. We have lovely shopfront practice in both NW3 and NW7.

We can also vary your role based on your preferences.

Glow Dentistry encompasses two mixed, independently owned practices in Mill Hill and Hampstead respectively. We pride ourselves on creating an environment where our team look forward to coming to work and feel empowered to achieve their best, and our patients enjoying their visits.

This is a varied role and would suit someone who likes the change from one duty. We are able to be flexible.

You will be highly personable, have strong communication skills (verbal and written) and be able to utilise those skills when interacting with our patients and colleagues.

You will be IT literate and have strong attention to detail. You’re used to working as part of a team and taking responsibility for your own work which is measured against objectives and targets.

Responsibilities and Duties

Day to day dental nursing duties or Reception
To meet and greet customers attending the clinic
To handle all patient queries via telephone, email, in-person and online booking
To use clinical booking systems with accuracy and attention to detail
To work with clinical staff to ensure that the clinic’s daily processes are performed smoothly
General admin and maintenance of the clinic environment

Required Experience & Skills

Experience as a dental nurse
knowledge of Exact SOE useful
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great IT skills and knowledge of patient management systems
Able to work in a team and be a fast learner
Excellent attention to detail
Be positive and always smiling
Ability to keep calm under pressure
