We are looking for a talented, passionate and experience leader to join our SIG Operations Directorate Head of Service. This exciting brand new role will be responsible for all Service Managers at operation services across Kent and Croydon, which includes the provision of:

27 bed spaces across 4 residential services for men and women with Forensic Mental Health Needs

83 bed spaces across 11 residential services for men and women from both criminal justice and homelessness pathways

Peer Mentoring and Housing First Pilots in Kent

As a Head of Service, you will be a visible point of contact across these services, driving your team forward to delivering excellent high quality services with our residents and participants in a trauma informed way. We want someone that has their own creative ideas and solutions, challenging the status quo and helping us grow and develop our offer.

Part of the role will require you to regularly audit your services and so having a keen eye for detail, high expectations and robust accountability skills is a must.

Confident in working and negotiating with key stakeholders you will raise the profile of our organisation across the area securing new opportunities with commissioners and fundraisers. You will be adept at mobilising and implementing new services across multiple sites and managing change across the workforce.

Working in regular partnership with other Head of Service colleagues within Operations and across the organisation, you will create and embed a culture of empowerment and collaboration to ensure that key deliverables are achieved and services remain financially viable.
