We (that's Salt the Radish) are a small neighbourhood cafe in Finsbury Park serving speciality coffee from Climpson and Sons and some really great food, all made in house from scratch. If you want to know more about us then our Instagram is a pretty good place to start: @salttheradish

We're looking for front of house staff members who have some barista training to start in the new year. Part time and full time positions are available. We're open 7 days a week, so some weekend work will be required but we always try and make sure all team members get adequate time off. We're advocates for a proper work life balance, with none of our team members working more than 4 days a week. We're a close and friendly team, you'll be made to feel welcome, supported and included.

Pay is £10 an hour. On top of this you will get a share of tips, pro rata holiday pay, free staff meals and drinks on shift, 40% staff discount off shift and Climpson & Sons coffee training.

There are so many job advert buzz words which we could include but honestly we just want someone who has a bit of experience, is friendly and kind, wants to get stuck in and work hard like we do and also has a few good track suggestions for our Salt the Radish playlist.
