we are looking for experienced Waiting Staff with a love of Asian cuisine, who can help embrace and drive our great service and deliver genuine hospitality. Someone who will bring their own passionate self and knowledge that will add to the guests positive and memorable experience. To be part of a vibrant and driven team that have the natural ability and passion to go above and beyond the guest expectations every time.

The Role:

You will need to be a huge people person with an amazing forward-thinking attitude. To be an integral part of a team and deliver amazing hospitality experiences for all of our guests whilst maintaining the highest of standards. We want someone who will break the norm when it comes to the guests experience through amazing passion, care and product knowledge that will entice our guests to return time and time again.

It’s all about you:

Are a people person with fantastic communication skills

Are already waiting on at a restaurant or bar known for its style and service

Have a natural ability and passion for exceeding guest’s expectations

Have a passion for all things team, guest and product related

Have a good understanding of all dietary and allergen requirements

Have a desire to learn and develop

We are The Japanese Canteen, a growing concept of Aspirational Brands. We currently have more than 25 venues across multiple brands in the UK. We have plans for a further 30 new venues over the next few years. We aspire to grow in excess of 100 venues and are continuing to grow and develop new and exciting concepts.
