The Successful Candidate will have:

- A basic understanding of SEN / behavioral management/safeguarding

- Effective communication skills

- Patient and sympathetic nature

- Passion about enabling every child to fulfil their full potential

- A science degree OR any experience as a science tutor or support staff

- Experience in a similar role is valuable but not essential

- DBS OR be willing to get one through us
