Review formatted translations and compare to English versionsWork with VP _ Translations Programs and Regional translations AVP / VPs to proactively monitor research pipeline for translations candidatesAssist in workflow of translated materials with support functionsAbility to work on tight deadlinesMake any editorial changes and raise any significant language issues with translatorsAbility to consult with designated R&R lead analyst on any technical questions as neededReview final translation and notify MDG of approval (for methodology translations)Address flaws on a grammatical and technical levelFoster partnerships with the process owners, senior editors, analysts globally and their teams to ensure feedback loop on quality & consistency of translationsHelp translators understand editorial changes apply them to future work to improve translators' skills#LI-LR1Degree holder in Linguistics, English, Translation or Business-related disciplines.Excellent command of spoken and written English, French, and ArabicSound knowledge of PC operations, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, and word processing.Familiarity with Trados or other CAT tools or machine translation will be an advantage.Good knowledge of financial terminology; or experience in a similar technical fieldStrong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Self-motivated with eye for details and a good team player.Good communications skills & customer service-oriented approach.At least 5-7 years of work experience in similar fields.Work experience in research in financial institutions will be an advantageThe MIS Research Group manages research operations for MIS globally.
