The Associate Director - Media Solutions Sales representative will be assigned a territory of both existing accounts and open territory within the Americas region focussing on Corporate, Professional Services, Government, Education and Commercial Real Estate segments. As the domain expert of Media Solutions offerings, this representative will work alongside the Moody's Analytics relationship managers, sales, and sales management team to manage existing revenue and drive additional growth against target objectives. Manage and grow existing Customer Base Identify and target white space opportunities Align with Relationship Managers and Management on overall account strategy and planningWork with Relationship Managers to drive greenfield oppy's in existing and new markets/use casesAlign with RM's on personas and use cases specific to segmentsWork with Segments and SDR's to generate and execute sales campaignsUnderstand and leverage the buying process within each segment Help drive Sales Enablement activitiesCoordination with Marketing on messaging and collateral specific to their assigned market segmentsParticipation in events & trade showsGenerate and deliver segment specific webinarsWork closely with product and content team to address various persona and use in each marketAccurately forecast retention and growth of territoryPrepare a monthly planning report to be presented to Sales ManagementMust be degree educated (or equivalent).Strong negotiation skills.Proven track record in relationship management and sales.Firm understanding of various business units across assigned segments.Strong ability to motivate cross-sales activities with relationship managers, sales, and sales development representatives, and marketing.The appropriate candidate should have sound presentation skills with the ability to engage in public speaking events as part of a participation to conferences and seminars to promote Moody's Analytics franchise.A good understanding and ability to position the value of media solutions capabilities to the market Ability to demonstrate a grasp of the factors driving our clients' businesses.Must be fluent in English. The knowledge of an additional language will be considered a plus.A background in a pre-sales, support, training, or consulting will also be considered.You have a basic IT understanding e.g. can talk about platforms, databases, deployment and web applications.Some Accounting knowledge through either study or work experience would be a benefit.We strive to be a world-class sales organization with our customers' needs at the centre of everything we do.
