Campaign Officer

The Reading Agency is seeking an exceptional organiser to join our Reading Partners' Team. As part of the team, you will work with our publisher partners to develop and deliver campaigns to highlight new titles and reach diverse audiences. You will also be responsible for our virtual event series so experience of running online events is a must.

As a national charity we tackle life's big challenges through the proven power of reading. We work closely with partners to develop and deliver programmes for people of all ages and backgrounds; our vision is for a world where everyone is reading their way to a better life.

Last year we helped over 1.9 million people benefit from reading through our programmes, our tireless campaigning, our excellent networks, and our power to influence, challenge and make change happen.

Reading Partners grew out of our shared agenda with publishers to get more people to read more and is designed to support publishers, prizes and other partners to build audiences and reach readers.

During 2021/22 over 220,000 people took part in our campaigns with publishers with an additional 1,700,000 people engaging with our activity via our social media networks.

About You

You will have experience of planning, promoting, delivering and juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will also be confident hosting online and in-person events, including webinars.
