A brilliant opportunity for someone with experience in IT Services sales or sales in general! One of the key roles within an ever-changing environment is new business, and with this position you will be at the forefront of the company’s growth and new revenue plans.

With a focus on new contract revenue the responsibilities of the Sales Executive will be to generate, nurture and convert inbound and self-generated leads.

Within the role, progression is vital for the company and so a thirst for knowledge and a willingness to learn is paramount. Key skills which will be obtained include generating leads, hosting client meetings, closing both small and large opportunities as well as the account management process in time.

You will work closely with the engineering team and client management team through the whole sales process.

The key requirements for the successful candidate are:

Strong interpersonal skills
An interest in or knowledge of IT
A willingness to learn and absorb knowledge quickly
Confidence in cold calling
Administration skills

The main responsibilities for the role:

Generating new sales leads
Nurturing the lead through the sales process
Closing sales leads

Increasing current client sales through up selling of essential services
Learning quickly and owning the role
Understand needs for the business and customer
Able to achieve targets under pressure

The role is full time (40 work hours per week), paid at £24k basic + Commission (depending on experience) with 1st year OTE £40k. Each full-time position gets at least 28 days’ annual leave (incl. all bank holidays). Plus first class benefits.
