As a Sales Development Representative based in our Newcastle or Winnersh office, you'll play a crucial part in our Business. You'll be at the frontline talking to our future customers, understanding their business challenges and finding ways we can help them with our solutions.

You'll work with customers to understand their business goals and how our technology can support them, You'll qualify that further by ensuring not only can we help them, but they have the right level of budget in mind and that timescales for their project are realistic. You'll ensure a smooth transition as you hand-over qualified opportunities from your team to relevant stakeholders in the business to generate revenue.

You'll work with our demand generation teams who are delivering inquires and marketing leads into your lap. Your job is to work those leads and inquiries in the most effective way. You'll deliver best in class experiences for our customers and you'll learn through on-going coaching and training.

•PC Literacy (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred:

•Previous Sales, telemarketing or lead generation experience

•Software solutions experience

•Salesforce
