We are an ambitious agency and are looking to scale up to 12 - 15 heads over the next two to three years, with account managers/strategists coming in next, and then building out the delivery team, then the sales and marketing functions.

We are moving into the top-tier of agencies in our sector, specialising in recruitment, working with recruitment brands to deliver exceptional recruitment websites and digital marketing campaigns.

The Senior Project Manager Role:

As the Senior Project Manager in the team your remit will be to manage all new and ongoing website design projects in our Agency Accelerator Programme, and work with clients beyond website launch managing their ongoing digital marketing campaigns with the support of your new team.

You will be involved at all stages of client projects and will be experienced enough to create mood boards, talk about our philosophy with clients, and work through ideas over Zoom.

This is a fully remote position, where you will be meeting with the team at least once a week and with the clients every week alongside your team.

It's a senior position in our small team and suits someone who is ambitious and looking to mould a role around them and grow with us.

We move at pace, and with demanding clients that we deliver for on a weekly basis.

You will grow with us as we build our digital marketing and production team, working on client projects of all sizes, and delivering consistently performing marketing campaigns for our clients.

About You:

+ Someone with 5+ years in a PM role for a digital agency

+ Looking for a more senior role and opportunity to shape a growing agency. Currently working for a digital agency specialising in website design and development.

+ Digital marketing agency experience

+ Deep knowledge of the website project process

+ Proven experience managing multiple projects and clients

+ This role will suit a candidate who has proven experience working remotely with a small team. Someone who has worked on multiple client projects concurrently, in a digital agency setting, and has solid digital project management experience, specifically running website projects.

+ You will be a natural people person and happy to interface with clients daily via Zoom.

+ A natural organiser, you'll either already be a ClickUp champion, or soon will be.

+ Happy working with freelance and outsourced designers & copywriters.
