We currently own and manage a growing portfolio, including serviced offices, retail space and industrial units, located across London and the rest of the UK.

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

• Managing your own database of clients and leads

• Cold and warm calling, mail shots, and using online media to generate leads and set up viewings

• Responding to enquiries and sending proposals in a timely manner

• Conducting viewings if required

• Chasing up all prospective clients and agents after completing viewings

• Converting viewings into deals done – negotiating and getting contracts signed

• Ensuring that all new client move ins are smooth, efficient and hassle free

• Developing and maintaining good relationships with online brokers and commercial lettings agents

• Regularly attend relevant networking events

• Source leads by means of a mixture of self-generation, direct sources, agents, brokers and any other sources

• Assisting all general enquiries

Candidate

• Display a positive, can-do attitude at all times

• Candidate must have previous sales experience, telesales especially helpful

• Work as a team player

• Provide exceptional client service at all times

• Understand the Business Centre availability and forecasts and show attention to detail

• Maintain a professional approach to clients and ensure client satisfaction

• Promote a sales culture throughout the whole centre team

• Play active role in ensuring show offices & Business Centre standards are 5 star

• Display enthusiasm and confidence in selling the range of products and understanding the relevant pricing structure

• Focus or some experience on commercial property would be a bonus
